This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User” or “Customer”) and CampVibe Supply (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a camping gear retailer operating the website www.campvibesupply.com (the “Website”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Website to place orders, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements and will provide accurate, true, and complete information for all transactions.
2.1 When you submit an order through the Website, you are making a binding offer to purchase the selected camping gear. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion, including cases of incorrect pricing, insufficient stock, or suspicious order activity.
2.2 You will receive an email confirmation after submitting your order, which includes your order number, item details, and delivery information. This confirmation does not constitute order acceptance; a second “Order Accepted” email will be sent once we verify stock and delivery feasibility.
2.3 We may contact you via phone or email to clarify order details (e.g., delivery address, product specifications) before finalizing acceptance. Failure to respond within 48 hours may result in order cancellation.
3.1 CampVibe Supply exclusively offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method for all orders. No advance payment, credit card, or digital payment options are available at this time.
3.2 You agree to pay the full order amount (as stated in the Order Accepted email) in cash to the delivery personnel upon receipt of your goods. We do not accept checks, debit cards, or mobile payments for COD orders.
3.3 You have the right to inspect the goods for damage, defects, or discrepancies with your order before making payment. If issues are found, you may refuse delivery and notify our customer support immediately—no payment obligation will apply in such cases.
3.4 COD service is only available in our covered delivery areas. If your address is outside these areas, we will notify you promptly and cancel the order without liability.
4.1 We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications for all camping gear on the Website. However, minor discrepancies (e.g., color shades due to screen display, slight size variations) may occur and do not constitute a defect.
4.2 All products are subject to availability. In the event that a product is out of stock after order confirmation, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund (via cash at delivery if partial payment was made) or a suitable replacement. You may also choose to cancel the order without penalty.
4.3 Product warranties are governed by the manufacturer’s terms, which will be provided with your order. We facilitate warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer-related defects beyond our control.
5.1 We partner with third-party delivery services to fulfill orders. Estimated delivery times (3-7 business days for most areas) are provided at checkout, but we do not guarantee exact delivery dates due to factors like weather or logistics delays.
5.2 You must provide a valid and accessible delivery address, along with a working phone number, to ensure successful delivery. If the delivery personnel cannot reach you or access the address after two attempts, the order may be returned to us, and you may be charged a restocking fee of 10%.
5.3 Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and order weight, and will be clearly stated in your order confirmation. No hidden delivery charges will be added upon receipt of goods.
6.1 You may return products within 7 calendar days of delivery for a full cash refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the order number.
6.2 Defective, damaged, or incorrect products (e.g., wrong size, wrong item) may be returned at no cost to you. We will arrange for pickup of the faulty goods and issue a cash refund or send a replacement within 3 business days of receiving the return.
6.3 For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we verify the product condition, a cash refund (excluding original delivery fees) will be processed within 5 business days.
6.4 Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrect due to our error.
7.1 We collect and use your personal information (e.g., name, address, phone number) solely to process orders, arrange delivery, and communicate with you about your purchase. We do not collect or store any payment information, as we only accept COD.
7.2 We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may disclose your information to delivery partners only to facilitate order fulfillment.

8.1 CampVibe Supply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost camping trips, missed events) arising from the use of our products or services, including order delays, product defects, or delivery issues.
8.2 Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total purchase price of the affected products. This limitation does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
8.3 We are not responsible for damages to products caused by improper use, neglect, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and CampVibe Supply. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the state where our headquarters is located, in accordance with local arbitration rules.
